| The
LOM II is the lead trimming machine that started it all and
has thousands of satisfied customers!
Two types of Fixturing... Both the Universal Vacuum and the
Production Vacuum Fixturing systems draw the board flat, removing
all
warp and allow trimming as close as .015 Inch (.38 mm).
Both systems use precision standoffs for supporting the board
under
vacuum. The Q Vacuum Source is designed to allow quiet, continuous
operation with minimum air flow. It produces about 80 inches
(203 cm) of water which will temporarily flatten even the
most severely warped boards. The Vacuum Source Canister provides
convenient storage for up to 10 gallons (37.8 liters) of scrap
lead material trimmed from boards.
