the QMT-1100 "M"odule Taping Machine.
OEM's now have a less expensive alternative to integrate
"Tape and Reel" into their automated production
systems (i.e. programmers, assembly, ATE, etc.).
The QMT-1100 M is a versatile, full-featured machine with
options like through-beam optical component verification or
vision system integration.
Precision tape moves are accomplished with a closed loop
servo control system that can exceed 12,000 PPH. Dedicated
I/O for direct communications between the QMT-1100 "M"
and your automation equipment create the ideal interface for
optimum performance.
