How can I get my cutter rings resharpened?
The process of getting your cutter rings resharpened with Q Corporation is very simple. If you have an open account with us, just put your ring(s) in a a box, along with a PO and ship them to us. Once we receive your ring(s), we will inspect the ring to ensure it can be resharpened, sharpen all rings, and send back to you within 48 hours. If one of your rings needs replaced, our office will contact you and advise you of your options.
Does Q Corporation provide support for machines no longer in production?
Yes. Q Corporation can service and support many of the older machines which are no longer in production. For more informtion, please contact our service department.
